John and Jonathan left for San Francisco

Nicole was up before 7:00am. I tried to feed her breakfast and get her ready for going to pre-school. Then I turned my attention to Baby Jason while Becky went out to the MOP meeting. Around 9:00 am John got up. I cooked a few eggs for him because I only knew he used to eat a lot of egg whites and he probably won't care for stuffs with carbohydrates. Stephen came over to have a little chat with us. John left about 10:00 to pick up Jonathan. After that, they would head back to San Francisco. It was quite a short visit.
