Paying more attention to Jason while Nicole was in pre-school.

Becky attended to Nicole's morning call before I got up this morning. When I heard their voices and went downstair to check, Nicole was already dressed and was having her breakfast. Since she did not want me to help there was not much I could do, so I actually went back to bed. I was washing up when Becky came home after taking Nicole to pre-school. Baby was still sleeping. So I fed him and watched him to allow Becky sleep somemore. Her alarm clock kept ringing every 15 minutes or so. Each time, she woke up, turned off the alarm and went right back to sleep. After a few times, I couldn't help but ask "Why did you have to set the alarm?" She intended to get up to pump more milk, but she just kept falling back to sleep. I had to run upstairs to let her know it was almost time to go pick up Nicole.

Baby Jason had a big poop after one of the feedings, so I had to clean him up and change his clothing. It was then that I realized he has grown quite a bit. The little outfit is getting tight for him now.

Mah Mah surprised us with another visit in the evening while Nicole was finishing her dinner. Baby Jason just had his feeding and was about to fall asleep. I sent Becky to drive Mah Mah home with Nicole. Unfortunately, after they left Baby woke up and refused to go back to sleep, I kept wanting to finish cooking. Chris came home with Scot. Hurriedly they grabbed something to eat then left for their Monday night basket ball game. Becky had to spend sometime trying to put Nicole to bed after they came home from Mah Mah's place. Meanwhile, Baby Jason totally forgot he ate not too long ago and he was crying real hard. I felt he probably won't go back to sleep until we feed him again. That was exactly what we had to do, but it still took him a while after being fed to fall asleep. I was getting real hungry by then.

Around midnight, I got all settled in bed reading an article. Becky came in and wanted me to hold Baby while she went to pump. So I had to start a second round with Jason, trying to put him sleep. He closed his eye for a short while then woke up again. After a lot of walking and rocking, he still didn't want to sleep. Finally I took him downstairs to check on Mommy, but she was too busy washing the bottles. I went back upstairs, ah, this time he really fell asleep. I found out Jason loves us holding him going up and down the stairs. The bathroom fan which worked wonderfully for Baby D seemed to offer little sootihing effect on him. Anyway, I was glad that I could finally go to bed.
