Baby Daniel at midnight

Daddy and Mommy already went to bed,
Baby Daniel kept on crying mad.
Grandma hurriedly came to help,
Thinking Baby just wanted to be held,
Yet strongly he put up a fight,
'Baby, don't you know it's passed midnight?'
The bathroom fan drew no interest,
Neither holding nor rocking help you rest.
Finally grandma had to stop trying,
She was convinced Baby would not go sleeping.
She laid him down to relax a bit,
A nice conversation seemed to fit.
Charming Grandma with great big smile,
Made her happy for a while.
Baby you are obviously so clever,
Grandma would love you forever.
